Welcome to Shawa Plast. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Shawa Plast's services, including our website located at https://www.shawaplast.com and our mobile application (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Shawa Plast if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Definitions
"Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person using this website or application and compliant to the Company’s terms.
"The Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refers to Shawa Plast for advanced food packaging.
"Services" refers to both the website and the mobile application.
3. Cookies
We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Shawa Plast, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Shawa Plast's Privacy Policy.
4. License & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Shawa Plast and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Shawa Plast. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Shawa Plast for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Shawa Plast
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Shawa Plast
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Shawa Plast
- Redistribute content from Shawa Plast
5. App Store Disclaimer (EULA)
If you download our application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are concluded between you and Shawa Plast only, and not with Apple or Google.
- Shawa Plast, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the Services and the content thereof.
- Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Services.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Services (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
6. Products and Availability
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.
7. Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank of Palestine (Lahza)
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
For Cash on Delivery orders: You agree to be present to receive the order at the provided address. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that repeatedly place orders and refuse delivery/payment.
8. Return Policy
We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
9. User Accounts & Termination
Account Registration

You may create an account using the following methods:
- Email and Password: Standard registration with your email address and a secure password.
- Google Sign-In: Quick sign-in using your Google account. We receive your name and email from Google.
- Apple Sign-In: Quick sign-in using your Apple ID. You may choose to hide your email address using Apple's private relay feature.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. For accounts created via Google or Apple Sign-In, your password is managed by those providers.
Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can do this directly from your Profile page by clicking "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section. Account deletion is permanent and will remove:
- Your personal profile information
- Order history and saved addresses
- Reviews and ratings you have submitted
- Connection to Google or Apple Sign-In (if applicable)
Account Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Palestinian Territories. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Gaza shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
